If the Devil is reading this blog: I would sell my soul to be able to skate like Jordan Thackeray. He’s an unstoppable, lightning fast, stylish skateboarder and honestly his approach to skateboarding is nigh on perfect. There’s no doubt in my mind that he is one of, if not the best, skateboarders in the UK, and if you are unconvinced, give his new “Pre-Op” Video part a gander.
The 7 minute video, now up on the Thrasher YouTube channel, is just an all out assault on UK based transitions and banks – skating everything from DIY crust to perfect polished skatepark bowls. The tricks on offer are out of this world, setting a new bar for what you can do with a skateboard and a quarter pipe, as well as some hefty superhuman gaps. Guest appearances are plentiful as well, with tricks from Terrible Company mates Lucas Healey, Daryl Nobbs and Jord Lightowler too!
