If you did this, you are a fucking idiot. Tagging up Coventry council property demanding a skatepark is not the way you get a fucking skatepark built. If you’re bored and tired of the wait to get a skatepark, go and talk to the people who are actually in touch with the council, help Davey Walmsley out and see what you can do for the skatepark project. Don’t buy some spray paint and intentionally make skateboarders look like vandals.

I put some years in with the council trying to get a park built. There are plenty of others who have to. And at the minute I’m pissed off that someone may have undone the time and effort I put in with the council to help get to this point. We scratched the council’s back, so when the time came, they would give skateboarders from Cov free reign to get a good park built. Doing shit like this goes some way to undoing that work. Fucking over your own scene isn’t cool, so fucking sort it out.

The Skatepark Project guys are not condoning this bullshit AT ALL, and are currently making plans to clean/replace the graffiti with something else. So, congratulations making yet more work for other skateboarders.
