Overheard from a phone conversation on a train yesterday. The man who uttered the quote was extremely annoyed about having to take a train, and described your average train traveller as “People who are convinced they are doing something outstanding with their lives”. He was a bitter old man, and discussed getting drunk on wine once he reached his destination.
